A former McKinsey consultant, Carson holds a PhD in plasma physics focused on fusion energy and has been building in digital assets since 2018.

He is the named inventor on two U.S. patents for coordinated digital asset settlement.

He previously spent over a decade at Gorta, a global economic development group, in various senior operational roles. He also co-founded a digital payments platform for the international humanitarian sector.

Will began his career as an Irish criminal defense barrister in Dublin, Ireland.

She works across product, sales and leadership to translate complex institutional lending technology into language grounded in how banks, lenders, custodians and trading desks operate. Her experience spans omnichannel marketing, customer research, product marketing and thought leadership. Michelle holds an MBA and an MS in Entrepreneurship. She began her career as a hospital-based nurse and general dentist.

 

Before joining Membrane, Nathan spent two years at Blackstone Credit, working on product and fundraising. He began his career at PIMCO, covering credit in the Product Strategy Group as an analyst and then associate, after starting out at Global Capital Network.

He began his career at IBM, working within the Digital Strategy and Blockchain Ventures groups, before moving to Elixirr, a strategy consultancy, where he led fintech and crypto strategy engagements. Post-Elixirr, David worked as a product manager with top fintech companies to launch innovative products and features.

His journey into crypto began in 2017 as a member of Cornell Blockchain. He is passionate about the Ethereum ecosystem, DeFi, and the intersection of TradFi and crypto.

Formerly, Nicole was Head of Training at Voyager Digital, where she directed its program aimed at elevating the Customer Experience in both Support and Operation-centric roles.

Before stepping into the crypto industry in 2020, Nicole devoted seven years to her initial passion, the insurance sector, garnering extensive experience in customer support.
