Adam E. Gordon Joins Membrane Labs as Strategic Advisor

New York, NY, January 29, 2026. Membrane Labs has appointed fintech investor and operator Adam E. Gordon as Strategic Advisor to the CEO and Executive Team.

Mr Gordon is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Apex Capital Holdings and one of Membrane Labs’ largest shareholders, with personal investments made both directly and through Apex. His appointment formalizes an advisory relationship that has supported Membrane’s leadership team over the past 18 months.

With decades of experience building and backing financial technology companies, Mr Gordon brings deep strategic and operational insight to Membrane as the company continues to scale its institutional digital asset management platform. His investment background includes early involvement in companies such as Trumid and Figure AI, as well as long-standing engagement across public and private markets.
